Vendor Information:

We are looking for food and beverage vendors and food trucks from the Midwest to feed festival patrons. We have space for approximately 20 food vendors. Our goal is to present a well-rounded variety of culinary de-lights and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages but we don’t necessarily promise exclusivity. We reserve the right to determine which foods are appropriate for this event and make all final judgments.

So that we don’t have everyone selling the same product the food committee may limit the number of like items sold. This does not imply exclusivity for any vendor or product. You will receive notification of approved items with your acceptance letter. The Food and beverage committee chair must approve any changes to your menu.

Electrical Needs


List the electrical equipment necessary to prepare this menu, including voltage, amperage and wattage requirements.  Charges for 20 AMP 110/20 volt circuits are included in booth fee; a $10 additional charge will apply for additional amperage on a single-circuit, 240 volt. The festival is limited on the amount of power available and will not be connecting anyone that needs more than 50 amps.

Agree to the terms and policies of the Allied Arts Council as specified in the Call for Food Vendors.

Understand that if payment is not received by June 1, 2021 your contract is void.

Hold the Allied Arts Council, City of St. Joseph and Buchanan County harmless

Agree to the terms of the Force=Majeure  In the event that any part of the exhibit or any portion thereof is unavailable whether for the entire event, or a portion of the event as a result of fire, flood, tempest or any other such cause, or as a result of war, strike, lock-out, labor dispute, riot or any other cause or agency over which the show has no control, or should festival officials decide that because of any such cause it is necessary to cancel, postpone or re-site the show, or reduce the installation time, show time, or move-out time, the festival shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Exhibitor in respect of any damage or loss, direct or indirect as a result thereof.
