CALL FOR VISUAL ARTISTS

15TH ANNUAL ART IN THE PARK VISUAL ART SHOW AND SALE   

Art in the Park now in it's 15th year,features fine art in a variety of media and of artistic ex­pression is held annually the 2nd weekend in June at Civic Center Park in Downtown Historic  St Joseph, Mo.                                                    

The fine art area is nestlied among shade trees housing 20 fine artists under a large pole tent with sufficient space along a shady walkway for 30 additional fine artists who have their own canopy and setup

 

MEDIA: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, Graphics and Drawings, Sculpture, Ceramics, Photography, Jewelry, Stained Glass, Porcelain, Metal, Computer/Digital art, and wood are ac­ceptable media. All work must be conceived, designed and executed by the exhibiting artists. We will not accept work made from kits or molds, mass produced items or work done in a classroom or production studio.

 Exhibitors with their name and image will be featured as passengers in the Happy Horse Dragon Boat on Radio, TV, News-press, Internet, 2014 Apple Blossom Festival Parade and at the 15th Annual Art in the Park Visual Art Show and Sale in Civic Center Park.

Judging begins at 10:00am on June 14, 2014
 

Purchase Award Program and Patron Preview.  On Friday June 13 a preview will be held for patrons for this years ART SHOW from 1pm to 4pm.  Open to public 4—6pm. 

The preview for patrons means sales for many artists.
